  • Currently, we ship to Canada and the USA. Orders are shipped every Thursday. All orders placed after 9pm EST on Wednesday will be shipped out the following week.

  • Yes, you can pick up your order from The Boho Lab, 1489 Dupont St, Toronto. Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 2 - 3 business days. We will send you an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only issued when items arrive broken. Please submit photos of the items arriving broken in their original packaging within 48 hours of receiving your package.
